Castle Rock Edinvar Housing Association

Castle Rock and Edinvar Housing Associations merged to form Castle Rock Edinvar Housing Association on 1st August 2005 bringing Castle Rock Housing Association into the Places for People Group.

Castle Rock Edinvar's two main subsidiary companies are Place for People Scotland - Care and Support which provides care and support services and Lothian Homes which manages private retirement and sub-market rent properties as well as other affordable tenure options.

The key aims for Castle Rock Edinvar are to:

• Provide high quality homes for people in housing need which are affordable to live in and which offer the greatest possible choice to tenants and other customers.
